Beautiful easy to make DIY Glow Jars and Vases

Glow Jars

Things you will need-

A glass jar, glow, rubber gloves to protect your hands, scissors, I recommend protective eye-wear, and a piece of tulle (optional).

  1. If you are using the tulle, cut a piece slightly larger than the jar, and place inside.
  2. Now, put on those rubber gloves. Crack the glow stick to active the glow material. Insert the end of the glow stick into the jar and cut the tip. It’s important to do this step with the glow stick in the jar as to avoid splashing, remember that you are working with chemicals. There is also a glass vile inside the plastic tube and that glass break when you crack the stick. So best to keep all the tiny glass bits contained within your jaR
  3. Next, stir and shake the cut glow stick around inside your jar. You will need some patience for this part, as it doesn’t just flow out easily. In some instances, the glow material may get clogged due to a large piece of glass that didn’t break. I disposed of these sticks and used a new one, for safety reasons.
  4. Once you have the desired amount of glow material in your jar, replace the lid and shake it up. I used about 3 bracelet size sticks per jar.

Now turn off the lights and watch them glow!

Decorative Vases

What you need to make these adorable vases:

Painting mask, 1 Apron (or clothes you don’t care about in case you get paint on you), 1 Glass bottle (or Mason jar), 4 or more rubber bands (various sizes), 1-2 Bottles of spray paint (different colors) 2 colors is best, Some Cardboard or newspaper

  1. (If you are using a jar without a label, you can skip this part) First, if you are using glass bottles that have labels on them, you need to get them off. I got mine off by soaking them in water for 30 minutes. Then scrape the label off (you can use a sturdy plastic lid or something) It will probably leave some residue. To get the residue off, just put baby oil on a cotton ball; and it will rub off. (This you need to do for both designs)
  2. Wrap your rubber bands around your glass jar however you want (whatever pattern you want)
  3. Lay out your cardboard (or newspaper) and put your glass jar on it. Now spray your jar with the paint.
  4. If you are going to make the one with 2 different colors. Then after you get off the labels spray paint it with your bottom color. Let dry. After you put the bottom color on, put your rubber bands on randomly and spray your second color on top. Before you take off the rubber bands, wait for the second coat to dry.
  5. Now just take the rubber bands off of both designs and you’re done. It makes a beautiful decoration. (If you are using mason jars, I suggest painting them white and later putting a candle in them it looks really pretty.)

We all are afraid of something aren’t we?

The standard of living for us set by the movie:

If you ever ask why should you care for others?

Bringing the sarcasm? Mufasa is the king at everything!

And one must never forget:

And this too:

Tell it too all those bully and stalkers.

We are not sure if it is from the movie, but we found it great:

And when everyone goes against you, it’s your time to revenge it!

Nuff’said! It nailed it!

Some words of wisdom…

And when life refuses to go very well, you can always follow this principle 😉

We all had used Photoshop sometime to make our pics more awesome or sometimes funny! However, these photos are not result of Photoshop, but of skilled hands and a perfect camera exposure.

14 Signs that a ghost is near

There are many ways by which we can check the presence of something unnatural around us. Ghosts also, like other creatures radiate energy and so, even if they are invisible, they can be felt and detected.

The most popular and scientifically confirmed method is emf (electromotive force) detection. The emf detector is used to detect the electromotive force around us and thus is used to predict the presence of a ghost. The test is carried out by keeping everything constant in the room. Since, no change is been made, the emf of the room should also be constant. But as soon as a ghost enters the room, the emf of the room changes and emf detector shows the presence of something which is radiating energy but is not visible with human eyes.

profi emf meter close

But none carries an emf detector with them all the time. So, we are providing some methods through which you can predict something paranormal around you.

1. Sudden drop in temperature-

It is seen that presence of a ghost results in sudden drop in temperature. The room or the place will start to chill without any external affect.

2. Strange smell-

You will start smelling something. The smell would be concentrated on a single point. Smell type is linked with the type of ghost. Sweet or good smells indicates a good spirit while foul smell like of rotten meat or any other bad smell indicates a bad spirit.

3. Your pets suddenly start acting strange-

Animals senses are more active than humans. It is said that they can feel and see spirits or ghosts around. If present, dogs can start barking pointing some direction.

4. Feeling of someone watching you-

Human brain gets to know if someone is staring. We start to feel uneasy and start looking around searching for the person who is staring at us. You are alone in a room but still you will start to feel that someone is continuously staring you.

5. You feel touched-

You can feel as if someone passed by touching you, or whispering something in your ears.

6. A cold spot in a room-

Not those which are usually present anywhere near a window, door or other opening. The cold spot is concentrated and usually has warm air around it. It’s possible when they are in this “tight” form of energy, that’s when orbs can be caught on film.

7. Goosebumps-

Small hairs on your neck, spine and hands will start to rise.

8. Sometimes, knocking on door or window-

You can hear knocking on your door and windows also. Sometimes, there can be several knocks.

9. Weak body-

Suddenly, you will start to feel weakness.

10. Shadows-

They are unexplained shadows. Sometimes shadow is seen at the corner of the eye.

11. Mood swing-

There will be sudden change in mood. It can be possible that you are reading funny jokes and suddenly you start feeling to cry. You will feel sudden sadness.

12. Unexplained noises-

Like someone is crying, or any sort of sound that is coming from a place where there is no one.

13. Items getting disappeared-

Items that you regularly use will disappear and after some days will reappear at their respective place. (Make sure it isn’t the work of your mum)

14. Uneasiness-

You won’t feel comfortable at that place. Obviously you don’t know why but it’s your sixth sense that is sensing something harmful near you and is warning you to leave that place.

Everything in this universe occurs because of some reason. So, when something happens without a reason, it should not be ignored as it also has a reason. We are just unaware of it but anyway, creatures like gods or ghosts still fall under pseudo science so it’s upto you to believe them.

Sometimes god become more imaginative and innovative, or maybe he is just inebriated when making these things.

1) Thorny Dragon2

An intimidating array of spikes covers the entire upper side of the body of the thorny dragon. These thorny scales also help to defend it from predators. Camouflage and deception may also be used to evade predation. This lizard’s unusual gait involves freezing and rocking as it moves about slowly in search of food, water, and mates.

2) Coconut Crab

found on islands across the Indian Ocean and parts of the Pacific Ocean as far east as the Gambier Islands mirroring the distribution of the coconut palm; it has been extirpated from most areas with a significant human population, including mainland Australia and Madagascar.

I am really happy to die without seeing even a single of this thing!

3) Leopon

However, this one is rather cool! A leopon /ˈlɛpən/ is a hybrid resulting from the crossing of a male leopard with a lioness. The head of the animal is similar to that of a lion while the rest of the body carries similarities to leopards. These hybrids are produced in captivity and are unlikely to occur in the wild.

4) Camel Spider

Camel spiders are not deadly to humans (though their bite is painful), but they are vicious predators that can visit death upon insects, rodents, lizards, and small birds. These hardy desert dwellers boast large, powerful jaws, which can be up to one-third of their body length. They use them to seize their victims and turn them to pulp with a chopping or sawing motion. Camel spiders are not venomous, but they do utilize digestive fluids to liquefy their victims’ flesh, making it easy to suck the remains into their stomachs.

To make it calming we’d add that this creature is not an actual spider but a somewhat like a cross breed between a spider and a scorpion. Feeling great now?

5) Poodle Moth

This happens when mother nature take some LSDs.

The Venezuelan poodle moth is a possible new species of moth discovered in 2009 by Dr. Arthur Anker of Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, in the Gran Sabana region of Venezuela.

6) Vampire deer

The water deer have developed long canine teeth which protrude from the upper jaw like the canines of musk deer. The canines are fairly large in the bucks, ranging in length from 5.5 cm / 2.1 in. on average to as long as 8 cm / 3.2 in. Does, in comparison, have tiny canines that are on an average of 0.5 cm / 0.2 in. in length.

7) Oar Fish

The common name oar fish is thought to be in reference either to their highly compressed and elongated bodies, or to the now discredited belief that the fish “row” themselves through the water with their pelvic fins.

8) Blue Parrot Fish

They are uniformly blue with a yellow spot on their heads that fades as they age. They average 30–75 cm in length with a maximum length of 1.2m. They develop a large “beak” like other parrot fish that is used for scraping algae and small organisms from rocks. They have pharyngeal teeth that grind ingested rocks into sand. No other species has this uniform blue colour as adults.

9) Long Necked Tortoise

It is a side-necked turtle (Pleurodire), meaning that it bends its head sideways into its shell rather than pulling it directly back.

10) Snake Head Fish

After its release in non-native North American waters, either accidentally or intentionally, the aggressive and predator-free snake head’s reputation as a “Frankenfish” or “monster fish” has become part of the culture.

What your Eye Colour says about you?

We all have heard that “eyes are the window to the soul”. But after some researches it has become a fact that eyes really tell a lot about someone’s personality. Let’s see what it says.

People with black eyes are mysterious, intuitive, trustworthy and responsible. They are secretive, sometimes mistrust people and are reluctant to start friendships. They are loyal, extremely hard working and practical and will always give their best shot at whatever it is that they are doing. They are spiritual, passionate and optimists. They always know how to show their worth to others.

People who have brown eyes are attractive, confident, simple, creative and love making new friends.  They are positive, independent, polite, caring, and practical but when it comes to the people they care about, practicality tends to take a back-seat as love and care overtakes it. They are self-confident and determined.

People having hazel eyes are elegant, spontaneous, fun-loving and always up for an adventure. They are brave and courageous and adapt easily. They are mischievous and encourage diversity. They are sensual and are great personalities.

People with grey eye colour are strong in nature, wise, dominant and gentle. They are least aggressive people and take love and romance very seriously. They are creative and imaginative and flexible in their attitude. Their inner strength, analytic thinking and rationality give them an upper hand in taking a leading role in any situation.

Green eyed people have a room of mystery and enigma around them. They are intelligent and always curious. They have an incredible zeal and zest for life and for living live to the fullest. They are attractive and beautiful but get jealous very soon.

People having blue eyes are peaceful, smart, kind and full of youth and life. Blue eyed people have long-lasting relationships and are very energetic. They desire to make other people happy and are keen on observing things. They are extroverts and always happy-go-lucky.
